Randy Howard Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Randy "Frog" Howard age 62 of Sandy Hook, Kentucky passed away Tuesday August 9, 2016 at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Randy was born April 8, 1954 in Elliott County, Kentucky a son of the late Randolph and Hazel Adkins Howard. Mr. Howard was a retired welder who loved spending time with family and friends and was of the Protestant faith. Randy is survived by his wife of 29 years; Wanda Sue Clevenger Howard, One daughter and son inlaw; Colette Lynn Shaffter and spouse Steve of Paris, Kentucky, One special granddaughter; Sydney Elizabeth Shaffer of Paris, Kentucky, Four brothers and spouses; James Arnold Howard and wife Elizabeth of Morehead, Ky, Wallace Dale Howard and wife Patty of Sandy Hook, Ky, Billy Wayne Howard and wife Paula of Kenova, West Virginia, and Timothy Elwood Howard and wife Nancy of Sandy Hook, Ky; One sister and spouse; Karen Ann lson and Johnny of Sandy Hook, Ky , Mother and Father-in-law; John and Dorothy Clevenger of Sandy Hook,Ky; One brother-in-law; John Marcus Clevenger of Anneville, Ky along with a host of family and friends that will sadly mourn his passing. At Randy's request there will be no visitation or funeral service.
