Norma Brown Lemaster Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Norma Dean Brown Lemaster age 75 of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Saturday, December 05, 2020 at the residence of her son. Mrs. Lemaster was born April 03, 1945 in Greenup, Kentucky a daughter of the late Matthew and Clara Douglas Brown. Norma was a Christian and a member of the Stark United Methodist Church, she loved attending bluegrass festivals, turtle fries, playing cards, and bingo. Spending time with her family was also a very important part of her life. Always very jovial and never missing the opportunity to have fun kept her spirits high and young at heart. After all, raising a family of eight kept her tough skinned, but underneath a soft and beautiful heart of gold. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by six children; Leah Dawn Lemaster, Rob Lemaster, Paul Lemaster, Danny Lemaster, Gary Lemaster and Linda Coburn Lemaster. Two brothers; Ron Brown and Don Brown. Five sisters; Louise Myers,Libby McDowell, Patty Dickerson, Carolyn McKenzie, and Barb Lemaster, She is survived by two sons and daughter in-law; Randy and Shawna Lemaster of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Jonathan Lemaster of Greenup, Kentucky. One sister; Shirley Flocker of Worthington, Kentucky. One brother; Joe Brown. Two daughters in-law; Christy Lemaster of Argillite, Kentucky and Tonya Lemaster of Grayson, Kentucky Sixteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren along with a host of extended family members and friends who will sadly mourn her passing. Private funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Whitt & Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Brian Flannery officiating. Burial will follow in the Bertram Family Cemetery at Greenup. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. Covid19 restrictions held forth by the state will be observed. We ask everyone in attendance to wear a mask and maintain social distancing. Seating will be limited to 25 persons. Masks and hand sanitizer will be readily available by Whitt & Sons.
