John Conn Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

John Conn age 75 of Sandy Hook, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky. John was born February 10, 1944 in Elliott County to the late Watt and Phyllis Roe Conn. John loved spending time with his family, grandchildren, and friends. He was known to say he "loved to sell cars and make money". In addition to his parents John is preceded in death by 3 brothers, O E Conn, Delmas Conn, T D Kegley, and 2 sisters, Juanita Lewis and Claudette Webb. John is survived by his companion of 13 years Lori O'Neal, one son Lynuel Conn of Grayson, KY, one stepson Jared Lewis, one daughter Jonya Simmons (David), one brother Charles Conn, one sister Sharry Conn all of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, and one grandson Jagger Lee Conn of Grayson, Kentucky. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 21, 2019 in the chapel of Whitt & Sons Funeral Home with Brothers Glen David Creech and Jason Ison officiating. Burial will follow in the Holbrook Roe Cemetery in Sandy Hook, KY. Friends may visit from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, December 20, 2019 at Whitt & Sons Funeral Home, 1260 N. KY 7, Sandy Hook, Kentucky. Pallbearers will be David Simmons, Estill Howard, Brian Howard, David Brickey, David Marx, and Rick Boggs. Honorary pallbearers will be Jared Lewis, Charles Conn, Jagger L. Conn, Jasper Roe, Jeff Moore, Jimmy Whitt, Dale Fannin, Robbie Adkins, Brandon Simmons, and Nick Marx.
