Joe Lynn Conn age 24 of Elliott County, Kentucky passed away Sunday evening July 17, 2011 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead from injuries sustained in a four-wheeler accident in Elliott County. Mr. Conn was born May 17, 1987 in Rowan County, Kentucky a son of Charles R. Conn of Sandy Hook, Kentucky and Jana Oaks of Louisiana. Joe was a construction worker and loved his family. In addition to his parents he is survived by two brothers; Randel Herbert, Damien Conn. One sister; Alisha Conn all of Louisiana. Paternal Grandmother; Sharry Conn, Maternal Grandmother; Peggy Oaks, Aunts & Uncles; Sandra and Sam Marx, Tonya and John Murphy, Bruce and Janette Flannery, Jerry Oaks, and Billy Oaks and many cousins survive. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m Wednesday, July 20, 2011 in the chapel of the Waddell & Whitt Funeral Home in Sandy Hook with Bro. Billy T. Rice officiating. Burial will follow in the Hunter Cemetery on Ruin. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m until the service hour at the funeral home.
