Infant Hailey Dawn Blevins, seven weeks old, of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, passed away Thursday morning, February 5, 2009, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Hailey was born January 11, 2009, in Fayette County, Kentucky, a daughter of Adam Ross and Tara Dawn Barker Blevins of Sandy Hook, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandparents, Mick and Opal Mullins, Freddie and Gladys Blevins, Guy and Vearl Barker. A maternal great-grandfather, Carl Sparks. Maternal great-uncles and aunt, Phillip Sparks, Paul Sparks and Barbara Sparks. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her paternal grandparents, Wes and Sandy Blevins of Webbville, Kentucky. Maternal grandparents, Sue Barker and Jerome Bowen of Morehead, Kentucky, Tim Barker of Sandy Hook, Kentucky. A maternal great-grandmother, Alice Sparks of Sandy Hook, Kentucky. Paternal uncle, Wesley and Misty Blevins of Webbville, Kentucky. Maternal uncles, Scott and Angie Barker of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, Jerry Bowen of Morehead, Kentucky. Paternal great-uncles and aunts, Steve and Kim Mullins, Mike and Linda Mullins, Pam Millins, Bob Blevins, Anita Berry. Maternal great-uncles and aunts, Tim and Kelly Sparks, Jerry and Judy Barker, Billy and Betty Sue Barker, Virginia Barker, Lovena Spencer, Darlene and Adrill Gray, Betty and Bill Wagoner, Carol Jo and Gary Fraley. A paternal 1st. cousin, Noah Blevins of Webbville, Kentucky. A maternal 1st. cousin, MacKenzie Barker of Sandy Hook, Kentucky. Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 2009, at the Waddell & Whitt Funeral Home in Sandy Hook, Kentucky, with Brother Kenny Floyd officiating. Burial will follow in the Elliott County Memory Gardens in Sandy Hook, Kentucky. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 2009, at the Waddell & Whitt Funeral Home in Sandy Hook, Kentucky. Scott Barker and Wesley Blevins will serve as pallbearers.
