Cynthia Ann Lewis Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Cynthia Ann Lewis age 69 of Sandy Hook, Kentucky passed away March 24, 2019 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. She was born April 18, 1949 in Huntington, West Virginia a daughter of the late Ottie Ellis and Ida McDaniel Ellis. Cynthia was of the Baptist Faith. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one daughter: Michelle Henson, three sisters: Wanda Pinkerman, Nelma Stanley, Lois Burcham, and Kathryn McYoung. She is survived by her loving husband Roger Lewis of Horton Flat, Kentucky, one son: Craig Edward Henson of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, one brother: Danny Ellis of Coal Grove, Ohio, three sisters: Dorothy South of Columbus, Ohio, Brenda Chapman of South Point, Ohio, Sherry Grosse of Springfield, Ohio, along with a host of family and friends that will sadly mourn her passing. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Thursday, March 28, 2019 in the Chapel of Waddell & Whitt Funeral Home with Brother Josh Sloas & Brother Toby Roe officiating. Burial will follow in the Whispering Pines Cemetery on Middle Fork in Sandy Hook, Kentucky. Friends may visit after 6:00 pm Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers will be Sam Lewis, Josh Lewis, Johnnie Lewis, Zak Blankenship, Brent Blankenship, Jesse Blankenship.
