Infant Allie Nicole Blevins passed away Tuesday morning April 13, 2010 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. Allie Nicole was born Tuesday April 13, 2010 in Boyd Co,Kentucky a daughter of Adam Ross and Tara Dawn Barker Blevins of Sandy Hook, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her infant sister; Hailey Dawn Blevins;paternal great-grandparents; Mick and Opal Mullins, Freddie and Gladys Blevins, Guy and Vearl Barker, Maternal great-grandfather; Carl Sparks, Maternal great uncles and aunt; Phillip Sparks, Paul Sparks and Barbara Sparks. In addition to her parents she is survived by her Paternal grandparents; Wes and Sandy Blevins of Webbville, Kentucky, Maternal grandparents; Sue Barker and Jerome Bowen of Morehead, Kentucky, Tim Barker of Sandy Hook, Kentucky. Maternal great-grandmother Alice Sparks of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, Paternal uncle and aunt; Wesley and Misty Blevins of Webbville, Kentucky, Maternal uncles and aunts; Scott and Angie Barker of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, Jerry Bowen of Morehead, Kentucky. Paternal great uncles and aunts; Steve and Kim Mullins, Mike and Linda Mullins, Pam Mullins, Bob Blevins, Anita Berry. Maternal great uncles and aunts; Tim and Kelly Sparks, Jerry and Judy Barker, Billy and Betty Sue Barker, Virginia Barker, Lovena Spencer, Darlene and Ardriel Gray, Betty and Bill Wagoner, Carol Jo and Gary Fraley. Paternal first cousin; Noah Blevins and maternal first cousin; MacKenzie Barker. Graveside services will be held 3:00 p.m Sunday April 18, 2010 at Elliott County Memory Gardens in Sandy Hook, Kentucky with Bro. Kenny Floyd officiating.
